# Shipping Policy

At **Vallardi**, we believe that waiting for luxury shouldn't be a burden. We have partnered with premium global logistics providers to ensure your timepiece arrives safely and swiftly, no matter where you are in the world.

## 1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer **Complimentary Priority Shipping** on all orders to our primary markets: Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand.

**Delivery Timeframe:**
* **Priority Shipping:** 5–7 Business Days.

*Please note: This timeframe refers to the transit time after the order has been dispatched from our distribution center.*

## 2. Order Processing

We value precision. Once your order is placed, our team prepares your timepiece for dispatch.
* **Processing Time:** Please allow 1–2 business days for order verification, quality check, and packaging.
* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

## 3. Order Tracking

Peace of mind is part of the Vallardi experience.
* Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a **Shipment Confirmation email** containing your tracking number(s).
* The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website under the "Track Your Order" tab.

## 4. International Shipping

While our brand heritage is European and our headquarters are in Australia, we operate a global fulfillment network to keep shipping times efficient. We currently ship to:
* Australia & New Zealand
* United States & Canada
* United Kingdom & Europe

## 5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

**Vallardi** is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders to the USA and Australia, duties are rarely applicable on single watch purchases due to import thresholds.

## 6. Damages & Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our Concierge team immediately at **support@vallardi.com** with photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

# The Vallardi Warranty

At **Vallardi**, every timepiece is crafted with strict attention to detail. We are confident in the quality of our engineering, which is why we are proud to offer a comprehensive **24-Month International Warranty** on all our watches.

## 1. Coverage Period

The Vallardi warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of **twenty-four (24) months** from the original date of purchase. To claim this warranty, you must provide proof of purchase (Order Number or Receipt).

## 2. What is Covered?

During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

## 3. What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

* **Battery life:** Batteries are considered a consumable item.
* **Normal wear and tear:** Aging of the leather strap, scratches on the case or sapphire crystal/glass, or plating alteration over time.
* **Accidental damage:** Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal), or unauthorized repairs.
* **Water Damage (Important):** Our watches are rated 3ATM (Splash Resistant). This warranty does not cover water damage caused by swimming, diving, or showering with the watch, nor damage caused by leaving the crown (winder) open.

## 4. How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue with your timepiece, please contact our Concierge Team at **support@vallardi.com**.

Please include:
1.  Your Order Number.
2.  A description of the issue.
3.  A photo or short video demonstrating the defect.

Our team will assess the claim. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will arrange for a replacement timepiece to be sent to you at no cost. You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested.

## 5. Note for Australian Customers

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
